LaMae is the Wellness Director of the seasonal Sunday Love events presented by Flash in D.C. The season is currently open through Oct. 31st. Please join LaMae and the Sunday Love community for their complimentary wellness session every Sunday 3-4PM followed by Sunday Love music, art, pop - ups, and more.

LaMae is a mindfulness meditation coach certified by the School of Positive Transformation under Dr. Itai Ivtzan. She is certified in sound healing (Yoga Alliance), Feng Shui for Improved Energy, and Reiki level 1 and 2. She has doula training from DONA International and is certified by Chopra Health as an Ayurvedic wellness instructor. She has developed her own practices and creates custom programs for individuals that merges mindfulness, movement, wellness, and dance. The intention of her teaching is to experience the joy and ease of movement expressed by our inner being and to bring focus to enhance the mind-body connection.  

LaMae’s professional career includes dancing in Broadway productions, dance coaching, choreographing, and collaborating as a creative and producer. She began her journey into mindfulness to share with others the inspiration and healing aspects she has learned from dance and meditation that produces powerful shifts of awareness. She works with Broadway actors, singers, dancers, athletes, corporate CEO’s, children, and retired senior citizens. She teaches private and group classes and loves collaborations that create environments and events that inspire wellness. 

She curates a weekly wellness event during the spring and summer season for the D.C. community and travels internationally heading arts and wellness collectives, producing retreats and programs for a variety of causes.
